I first came out East after teaching at the University of Stony Brook and renovating a 5 story brownstone that I own in Brooklyn Heights, and immediately fell in love with the area. What's not to love? The ocean, the woods, the farm fields, and the golf courses, my second love. I was privileged to have the opportunity to work with the oldest, privately owned agency on the East End and thereafter took the reins from "Boots Lamb" as she was fondly referred to, by assisting her and thereafter owning the Mrs. Condie Lamb Agency, a boutique firm founded in 1963.

With the advent of technology, I see a trend where clients and customers are "armchair" real estate experts, and so I am well informed. Zoning laws and the art of negotiation are my specialty. I have a strong sense of community, and it is of the utmost importance to provide complete and instant service. Wonderful business relationships and lasting friendships have developed throughout my 30 years of real estate in the Hamptons.

I was drawn to the beautiful East End well over 30 years ago and I have never left. Busy raising two delightful daughters and having a vast range of work experience included the creation and successful development of one of the most well known boutiques in cosmopolitan Sag Harbor.

Before moving to Greenwich Village we lived in Manhasset where I was the top earner for the "Thomas O'Connell Real Estate Company". While in Manhasset I was elected "President of the Manhasset - Plandome Newcomers Club", invited to become members of the "Plandome Country Club", and selected "Woman of the Month" for the cover of the "Manhasset Club Magazine."

In Manhattan we bought and sold properties which I staged and managed. I was also employed full-time as a public relations specialist by the "Helmsley Corporation", the "Office of the Mayor", and the "New York City Police Department". Prior to moving permanently to the Hamptons, we bought and completely renovated several East Hampton houses, one in which we currently reside. We manage to maintain our love affair with Manhattan through our "New York Athletic Club" membership.
